Refund policy

Merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition, packaging, and with the original receipt. Items must be unused and undamaged to qualify for a return at the discretion of the Bethel University Campus Store employees. Items that have been laundered will not be accepted for return. If an item is defective, it must be brought to our attention for a refund/exchange within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. Refunds can only be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase and are processed only after the item is returned to the store in the above-mentioned acceptable conditions. The Bethel University Campus Store reserves the right to modify or change this policy at any time, with or without notice.
